Meet Austin Spencer, a dynamic professional with a strong background in both the mortgage and real estate industries. Licensed as a Mortgage Broker since 2018 and a real estate agent since 2020, Austin represents the third generation in his family to work in these fields, following his father and grandfather who were well known in Vancouver’s real estate community.

Born and raised on Vancouver’s West Side, Austin attended the University of British Columbia, where he balanced academics with playing football, developing the discipline and drive that continue to define his career. After graduating, he began working in finance with ING Bank, supporting development projects before pursuing a lifelong dream of professional wrestling with WWE. Through persistence and determination, Austin earned a spot on the NXT program, one of the industry’s most recognized platforms.

While wrestling brought incredible experiences, Austin felt drawn back home and into a career where he could directly help people. He transitioned into the mortgage industry, where his financial knowledge, problem-solving mindset, and competitive drive found a natural fit. Today, he specializes in guiding clients through mortgage options, rates, and financing strategies with clarity and confidence.

Austin lives in Fort Langley with his wife Heather and their two sons, enjoying community life while staying fully focused on delivering exceptional service.
