I spent over a decade working in healthcare, a career that shaped who I am and why helping people has always been at the centre of my work. While it was incredibly rewarding, the shift work, long nights, and emotional weight of the role eventually led me to seek a new path where I could continue supporting others in a more positive, life-changing way. Real estate has allowed me to do exactly that, helping families find not just houses, but homes where memories are built.

My background in healthcare gave me strong skills I bring into real estate every day, from working calmly under pressure to paying close attention to detail and connecting with people from all walks of life. Those strengths continue to grow as I support our clients and our team.

Francis thrives on the front lines, negotiating and securing the best results for our clients. When I joined the business, my focus became supporting him and Austin behind the scenes, keeping everything organized, ensuring paperwork is seamless, and creating thoughtful client experiences. I love getting to know our clients and their families, planning events, and finding personalized gifts that make people feel truly cared for.

Helping people achieve their dreams alongside the love of my life is something I’m incredibly grateful for. Outside of real estate, you’ll find me gardening, kayaking, spending time with our dog Wilson, or thrift shopping with a hot latte in hand.
