Financial Controller
Clarence takes over as our interim Financial Controller (Jan 2026) while Rita is away on maternity leave. He brings 20+ years of finance and accounting experience to the team. A BC boy to the core, Clarence has been fortunate to travel extensively and work with fascinating national and international organizations.
When not in the office, Clarence loves to motorbike & wakeboard in summer, then ski & Polar Bear Swim (Jan 1 only) in winter. He has two teenage-ish girls who are his absolute pride and joy. “They make being dad easy!”

Senior Conveyancer
Teresa is our Head Conveyancer and your first point of contact, with our fabulous and industrious Conveyance Team, backing her daily. She has been a part of the Wolstencroft Family since 2015, bringing with her 15 plus years of real estate conveyance experience.

Peter is the Managing Broker of Royal Le Page LP Wolstencroft. He leads and advises our office’s agents and strives to create a synergistic environment where agents can collectively aspire to dominate the local marketplace.
Rita Sevak
Financial Controller
Rita, our financial controller, joined the office in 2024 and brings more than 15 years of experience in finance to the team. Originally from a numbers focused background, she applies her steady approach to supporting our operations while enjoying time with her dog and planning relaxing trips to Fiji.
Aaron Armstrong
Marketing Director
Aaron, a creative strategist from New Zealand, has been thriving in creative agencies for 20 years. His move to Canada 8 years ago expanded his career and led to meeting his spouse, Kelsey. Having a REALTOR father, Aaron appreciates real estate, enriching his strategic skills. He joined the office in early 2023 and enjoys the Canadian outdoors, and family time.
